Description
A Local African Broom (traditionally known as an Igbale in Yoruba, Mmutsvairo in Shona, or simply a “Short Broom”) is a handcrafted cleaning tool made from natural fibers, typically palm fronds, grass, or reeds. Unlike Western brooms with long handles, traditional African brooms are often handheld and used in a slightly stooped position, which is said to provide better control for deep cleaning.
